How do I print multiple slides on one page in PowerPoint?

On a PC

  1. In PowerPoint, with your presentation open, click File then Print.
  2. Under Print, then Settings, click the Full Page Slides drop-down menu.
  3. Under Handouts, choose the layout you prefer.
  4. Print.

On a Mac

  1. In PowerPoint, with your presentation open, click File then Print.
  2. Under Print, click More Details at the bottom of the box.
  3. Under Layouts, choose the layout you prefer.
  4. Print.
